16 to 20 August saw Bangor L.T.C. host the second Wilson Nesbitt North Down Junior Championships. Just like 2009 the tournament proved to be a huge success with 197 entries across all events (an increase of 11% on 2009). The Junior Competitors ranged in ages from 12 to 18 and many family members and friends took time to come down and support the players making the Club an extremely busy place to be be for the 5 days of the tournament!
The NDJC Team would like to say a big thank-you to everyone involved from the club and to all those Members who gave up their court time during the tournament helping to make the 2010 Wilson Nesbitt North Down Junior Championships such a huge success. The team are sure that with their ongoing commitment to improve and refine the tournament, the continued support of Sponsors, the Club and its Members the NDJC will go from strength to strength.
